Ms Baysu is pursuing a PhD within the TIES-RTN Programme financed by EU. In her Phd project she will analyze identity strategies and schooling experiences of Turkish second-generation in European countries. Her academic interests are social identity, intergroup attitudes, immigration, mobility strategies and political mobilization of immigrants, Turkish second-generation in Europe, educational achievement, segregation, discrimination and stereotype threat.
