Cláudia de Freitas, M.A.
Profile University of Coimbra, Clinical Psychology, BA PhD researcher Ms de Freitas is carrying out her PhD research at the Utrecht University on user participation in mental health, with particular attention to the cases of the Netherlands and Brazil. Her research focuses on the enablers and inhibitors of participation and on its benefits for involved mental health care users. Other research interests include the accessibility of mental health care services for migrants, transnational health care seeking and psychiatric advanced directives.
